Hellen Banura is a growth-oriented Ugandan with experience in administration and marketing under her list of expertise. She is a self-driven individual that thrives in a progressive and dynamic work environment focused on introducing fresh and innovative solutions to clients and customers alike.
She started her career as a Marketing Intern with Airtel Uganda in 2015, assisting in team strategy and planning, media tracking and brand management in service of the brand success, until she joined Networth Consult Limited as the Marketing Executive in 2017, organizing promotional events for traditional & digital campaigns on behalf of the company.
She has a bachelor’s degree of International Business from Makerere University Business School (MUBS), and her goal of seeking more challenging and diverse opportunities led her to Raxio Data Centre.
She is now the Administrator and acting Human Resource Manager for Raxio Data Centre where she continues to offer and provide continuous support towards the day-to-day activities of all members in the different departments of the company, ensuring that operations continue efficiently whilst complying with company policies.

Years of Work Experience: 20 years across 4 companies (BAT Uganda / Kenya), MTN Uganda, Coca-Cola Company Uganda/Tanzania & Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Uganda). Started as a graduate trainee at BAT Uganda in 2001
Current Role: Business Development & Commercialization Director at CCBA-Uganda and also Acting Human Resources Director since Dec’19.
Career Aspiration: To attain the highest level of leadership in my career, enable people become their very best version while ensuring excellence and contributing to my personal & employer’s success.
