Ankit has post-qualification experience of over 10 years including 7 years in Uganda providing tax and advisory services to clients covering diverse sectors of the economy. Ankit holds a bachelor of commerce and he is a chartered accountant in India.

His core areas of practice currently include tax compliance, tax planning, tax law interpretations, representations before the tax and appellate authorities, etc. He has served on several client assignments.

• Ms. Tracy is married and a mother of four.
• Holds a Bachelors and Masters of Laws degree from Makerere University Kampala
• She is an advocate of the High Court and all subordinate courts in Uganda with more than 10 years of experience.
• An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Governance (formerly) ICSA U.K having graduated from the Institute with a Merit in corporate strategy and
• She is a candidate for an Advanced Diploma in International Tax at the Chartered Institute of Taxation UK.
• Worked with the Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development attached to PPDA under FINMAP 2 where she successfully pioneered the first-ever online procurement monitoring system (PPMS) in Uganda funded by the world bank.
• Joined URA in May 2013 and in her eleven years of duty with the Authority, she has an impressive track record of achievements in her placements in the Business policy division and the Objections Unit
• She has a grounded understanding of the law which has assisted her in her work on tax amendments, interpretation, and application of the tax laws and none of her over 800 well-researched rulings has ever been successfully challenged by a taxpayer in court.
• Currently she works as a supervisor in Rulings, Policy, and Interpretations at Uganda Revenue Authority. A position in which she serves diligently
• As a person, she believes she is disciplined, focused, and detail-oriented. Identifies herself as loyal, trustworthy, Innovative, and creative and prefers straightforward handling of issues.

Rikin has post-qualification experience of over 17 years including 12 years in Uganda heading accounts divisions and providing tax compliance and other tax advisory services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA. He is also a chartered accountant in India.

Rikin has experience in advising clients on both domestic and International taxation. His core areas of practice currently include tax compliance, tax planning, tax computations, tax law interpretations, representations before the tax and appellate authorities, etc.

Solomon has post-qualification experience of over 8 years in various industrial sectors. He previously worked with URA for 7 years before joining Grant Thornton. He has excellent knowledge in providing tax compliance and advisory services on legal matters. He holds a bachelor of Law and a Post graduate diploma in Legal Practice.

Solomon has experience in advising clients on both domestic and International taxation. His core areas of practice currently include developing tax policies, evaluating the impact of tax policies, and Stakeholder Engagements-Engagements with the Ministry of Finance, Uganda Investment Authority, Ministry of Justice and other MDAs, USAID, IMF, World Bank, ODI, IGC, and ICTD and Writing Private Rulings, etc.
